Shipping Within India

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

  • Dispatch Location: All products are shipped from our design studio in New Delhi, India.

  • Courier Partners: We work with leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

Product Delivery Timelines

We offer two product categories:

1. Ready-to-Ship Products

  • Dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Delivered within 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

2. Made-to-Order / Custom Products

  • Each piece is specially handcrafted.

  • Production Time: Typically 7–15 business days (mentioned on individual product pages).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on customization, high-order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they may be shipped separately.

In case of any delay:

  • A revised estimated delivery date will be shared.

  • We remain available for any time-sensitive requests.
