Refund and Returns Policy
Preeti Goyal endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We deliver our products well and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please see the options for returning or exchanging any items.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.
In case of any discrepancy is found, or damage to the packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to the logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “[email protected]” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, and after that, our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by the Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Preeti Goyal as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Store Credit / Refund
- Store Credit: Following a quality check, the refund will be added to your Preeti Goyal account as Store Credit. You can use this credit amount on the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and validate the return.
- Bank Refund: We refund the amount as per the product value to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase and in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The refund process will only be initiated after the product(s) have been received and validated which would take 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
As part of usual business practice, Preeti Goyal reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Preeti Goyal.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
- Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
- Custom made and Made to order products.
- Orders placed using store credit
- Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
- Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
- Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Preeti Goyal

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
An incorrect product was delivered.
The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
How to Raise a Return or Replacement

Clear images of the product (in case of defects or incorrect item)
Timelines You Should Know
Return Initiation: Our team will confirm your return eligibility within 2 business days of your request.
Return Window: The item must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Replacement Requests: Must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Refund to Source Account: Once the returned product passes our Quality Check, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
The credited amount should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return Requirements
To be accepted for return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
Product must be shipped in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:
Do not accept the package without noting the issue with the courier.
Email us within 48 hours with images and your order number.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Custom-made or Made-to-Order garments
Items altered as per your measurements
Orders purchased using store credit
Unstitched items like dupattas and sarees with unstitched blouses
Sale or promotional items
Incorrect/Incomplete Delivery Address
We cannot offer refunds if:
The address provided was incorrect/incomplete
The delivery failed after 3 attempts
The package was refused at the time of delivery
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Due to differences in screen displays and photography lighting, product colors may slightly vary. We do our best to show true-to-life shades on our website.
Refund Options
Once the returned item is received and successfully passes our Quality Check, the refund process will be initiated.
Store Credit
Credited to your Preeti Goyal account.
Can be redeemed at checkout during your next purchase.
Issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and validate the returned item.
Bank Refund (to Original Payment Method)
Applicable for eligible returns or cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
The refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days after product validation.
Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Note: Refunds via credit/debit cards or UPI may reflect with a slight delay depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
Post this window, no cancellations are permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel orders not approved or processed, with a full refund.
